A Day @ Ocean Beach In San Francisco

Published by jodapoet at 9:50 am under Leisure, Nature, San Francisco, Travel Edit This

It is so inspiring for me.  I took my shoes off and played along the sand, crawling up and between and around the rocks letting the waves saturate my feet and the mist of the seafoam freshen my face.  The ocean can always dictate my mood.  Should I feel sad or melancholy the waves will bring me back to life and show me how grateful I am to be alive.  I decided to take some photos and video to capture the natural splendor of the ocean so that I could have memories of the day.  The video above is a montage of photos and short clips.  I wanted to share it with you in hopes that you may be inspired by the beauty it displays.  These were taken out by the Cliff House right near Seal Rock.  Enjoy!

Yes I always try and catch the fish and birds - it’s difficult though they normally don’t pose for me :)
