lynne - Just found out last night that the cop hired a lawyer a couple of hours after the shooting so that's why he's not talking. It's disgusting.

lilysgramma - If you click the link I have which says click here at the end of the post it will take you to the ABC7new local link where there are links to several videos which were taken that night. It's not on Youtube so I didn't know how to update it on my blog editor. But, you can see it on the new site. It's disturbing.

Hi, I'm not morbid or anything, But I would like to see the video just to form my own opinion. Did you remove it for some reason?? I can't seem to find it. This is appalling that this officer is on PAID administrative leave. that is so wrong when it sounds like it is apparent that Grant was shot without cause.

I'm not going to watch the video... just your description of what's on it is enough to make me sick. Shooting a helpless person in the back, then handcuffing him??!! Yeahhhh, very up-and-up,,, not! I totally agree, the officer should be arrested, not on administrative leave. Especially if it's all caught on tape and is obvious that what happened was totally against what a police officer should be doing.

I hope justice will be served.
