This is appalling that this officer is on PAID administrative leave. that is so wrong when it sounds like it is apparent that Grant was shot without cause. Shooting a helpless person in the back, then handcuffing him??!! Yeahhhh, very up-and-up,,, not! I totally agree, the officer should be arrested, not on administrative leave. Especially if it's all caught on tape and is obvious that what happened was totally against what a police officer should be doing. I hope justice will be served.
