I am sickened and heartbroken to have to report that the body of Sandra Cantu, the eight year old Tracy, California girl who has been missing since March 27th has been found in a container near an irrigation ditch on a rural road.  This is all the information I have right now.  I will update with further details as they are made public.

My deepest sympathy and condolences go out to her family and friends.

Update April 7th - There are two “people of interest” that have been questioned in this case and 6 homes which have been thoroughly searched.  I’ll have updates for you as they happen.
